Terms of use

General Provisions

  1. These Regulations define the rules for using the website acasta.it Anna Cieśnik (“Website”), Consultation Calls (“Calls”) and the rights and obligations of the Users and the Website Administrator.
  2. Using the Website and Calls constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
  3. The Website Administrator is acasta.it Anna Cieśnik, ul. Augustyna Szamarzewskiego 21 lok. 2, 60-514 Poznań, Poland.
  4. Contact with the Administrator is possible via the e-mail address: office@acasta.it.

Use of the Site

  1. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Regulations and good practices.
  2. The User is prohibited from providing illegal content.
  3. The Administrator reserves the right to block access to the Website for Users who violate these Regulations.

Copyright

  1. All content posted on the Website, including texts, graphics, photos, videos, is protected by copyright and is the property of the Administrator or third parties.
  2. Copying, reproducing and distributing the content posted on the Website without the Administrator’s consent is prohibited.

Responsibility

  1. The Administrator is not liable for any damage resulting from the User’s use of the Website contrary to these Regulations.
  2. The Administrator does not guarantee continuous access to the Website, but will make every effort to ensure its proper functioning.

Consultation Calls - Booking & Scheduling

  1. The User (Client) is responsible for scheduling their calls using our designated booking system (i.e. Stan Store’s scheduler).
  2. Calls must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. The User (Client) will receive automated notifications 24 hours and 1 hour prior to their scheduled call, including the meeting link.

Consultation Calls - Cancellation Policy

  1. Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made via email.
  2. Cancellation Email Address: The dedicated email is hello@acasta.it.
  3. Required Subject Line: “CALL CANCELLATION - [Your Name/Booking ID] - [Date & Time of Call]”. This ensures that the Administrator can quickly identify and manage cancellations.
  4. Cancellation Deadline: Clients must notify us of a cancellation no less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of their call.
  5. Consequence of Timely Cancellation: If a call is cancelled before the 48-hour window, the Client may be eligible to reschedule their call at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Consultation Calls - Rescheduling Policy

  1. Terms for rescheduling: Allowed before the 48-hour window, subject to availability. Not that the meeting can be rescheduled only once and it must be done via mail.

Consultation Calls - No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

  1. Definition of No-Show: If a Client does not appear for their call within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the call will be considered a ‘no-show’.
  2. Late Arrival Impact: If a Client arrives late to a scheduled call, the duration of the call will not be extended, and the session will conclude at the original scheduled end time.
  3. Consequence for No-Shows/Late Rescheduling/Late Cancellation: In the event of a no-show, a cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled call, or a failure to reschedule within the specified timeframe, the client will forfeit their call, and no refund will be issued.

Refund (for Calls)

  1. Consultation call bookings are generally non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in the cancellation policy.

Final Provisions

  1. The regulations may be changed. Users will be informed about any changes by posting information on the Website.
  2. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website or Calls will be resolved by the court competent for the Administrator’s registered office.
